Prior to founding Brenner Advisors International LLC, Viktoria Brenner spent six years at Spencer Stuart, one of the largest retained executive search firms in the world. She focused on a broad range of industries including industrial, services, technology, financial services and alternative investments, as well as job functions such as human resources, marketing, business development and various finance roles. Formerly, she worked at Lehman Brothers’s Investment Banking division, concentrating on industrial, financial services, consumer and retail companies.

Viktoria was elected for two consecutive terms to serve as the member of the Board and Treasurer for the Executive Search Roundtable.

She holds an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management with a concentration in finance, and completed her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Iona College in economics and psychology. She is Series 7 certified.
